1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jabi bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the jabi bet website located at https://jabi-bet.ws, including all sub-pages, features, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and support services made available thereon (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the jabi bet website, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jabi bet platform and must not attempt to register an account.

jabi bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the Services following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative text for all purposes. Any translation, summary, or paraphrase provided for informational convenience does not have contractual force. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, blog posts, social media communications, or other content published by jabi bet, these Terms shall take precedence.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the full range of jabi bet Services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals, you must register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register and maintain a jabi bet account only if all of the following conditions are met:

Identity Verification (KYC)

jabi bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering principles. Before processing any withdrawal, jabi bet may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (NID), a passport, a driving licence, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your Bangladesh address, or a photograph of the payment method (e.g., bKash or Nagad mobile number) used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jabi bet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jabi bet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials. 3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on jabi bet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jabi bet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied at any stage — the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your account, and the amount you withdraw is the amount paid to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account, subject to any applicable minimum or maximum thresholds.

Supported Payment Methods

jabi bet currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players in Bangladesh:

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your jabi bet account balance in real time for mobile financial service channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer deposits may take one to three Bangladesh business days to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements. jabi bet targets a processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three Bangladesh business days. jabi bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

jabi bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: a welcome bonus on first deposits, reload bonuses, cashback offers on cricket losses, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi cultural calendar such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and ICC tournament periods. General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available only to registered, KYC-verified players aged 18 or over.
• Each player is eligible to claim each promotional offer only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically once the validity window closes.
• Wagered bonus funds must be used within the active period stated in the promotion. Bonus balances remaining after the expiry date are forfeited without compensation.
• jabi bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel any active bonus if it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.

Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit via bKash or Nagad are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000. The exact bonus percentage and maximum amount applicable to a given deposit are stated on the welcome bonus promotion page at the time of the player's first deposit. Welcome bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements as specified in the promotion terms.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on jabi bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These game-specific rules are available within the platform interface at the point of placing a bet or launching a game. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall take precedence for that specific bet or game session only.

Sports Betting

Bets on sports events, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other available markets, are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. jabi bet reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. In-play (live) bets are settled based on the official result of the event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published on the platform.

Casino and Slot Games

Casino games, slot titles, crash games, and live dealer games available on jabi bet are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All outcomes in these games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the relevant game studio and is available within the game interface. jabi bet does not and cannot influence the outcome of any casino or slot game round.

Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All bets are subject to acceptance by jabi bet. jabi bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. 6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jabi bet, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree to provide accurate personal information, maintain the security of your account, and notify jabi bet promptly if you become aware of any suspicious activity on your account. You agree not to use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other player's use of the Services.

Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jabi bet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using jabi bet for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to exploit betting markets, casino games, or promotional offers.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with casino games outside of normal human play.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, free bet promotions, or bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to place bets through your account.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication toward jabi bet staff or other players via any channel.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

jabi bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, in a manner that causes harm to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of the betting markets. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your jabi bet account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jabi bet will process any pending withdrawal of verified real-money funds held in your account prior to closing it. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Once closed, an account cannot be reopened for a minimum of 30 days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from six months to five years. During an active self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. jabi bet will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded players from receiving promotional communications during their self-exclusion window. Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jabi bet will notify the registered email or mobile number associated with the account prior to classifying it as dormant. jabi bet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to accounts that remain inactive beyond the 12-month threshold, subject to prior written notification to the player. Any remaining real-money balance will be preserved and returned to the player upon verified request at any point.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jabi bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity, even if jabi bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jabi bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your jabi bet account in the six-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

jabi bet does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers, including mobile financial services such as bKash or Nagad, are outside jabi bet's direct control. jabi bet will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly following any interruption and will communicate planned maintenance windows to players in advance where practicable.

jabi bet is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet connectivity, or network failures that prevent you from accessing the platform or result in the loss of a live bet. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable and adequate internet connection before placing any bet, particularly in-play or live dealer bets where disconnection during a game round may affect the outcome.
